Πικῶς καὶ μέτοχοι ἀπαιτηταὶἀπητηταὶ ἀχύρου μητροπόλεως ΠερμάμειΠερμάμιος ὁμοίως χαίρειν. ἔσχομεν παρὰ σοῦ εἰς πλινθολκίαν γόμον ἀχύρου ἕνα γίνεται γόμον α ἀχύρου ἀπὸ γεμήματος β ἔτους ὑπὲρ ἠπείρου μητροπόλεως. ἔτους γ Ἀντωνίνου τοῦ κυρίου Παχὼν ιϛ.
