Description
Papyrus letter from Hephaistion in the Arsinoites (modern name: Fayyum), Egypt, asking Imouthes for a loan of 1,000 drachmas. Imouthes was willing to loan half the amount in wine, half in money. Part of the money loan would be free of interest. Hephaistion now agrees to the conditions of the loan
