Description

Account of expenses from Egypt, written on papyrus. Expenses are in money and are partly for wine. Fragments in the first frame of glass mention Euphranor, Heras son of Euphranor Hermias, Apollonios, Pnebtynis a calf herder(?), Syros son of someone whose name begins with "Petearpsen", Pyrros and Batrachos. Dated to Tybi (a month) 8. The fragment in the second frame of glass mentions a tax(?) to support policemen(?). Verso has an account of expenses in Greek (P.Duk.inv. 148 V)
