Description
Account of payments of rents and taxes in kind from the Arsinoite Nome (modern name: Fayyum), Egypt, written on papyrus. Payments are made by farmers of state and temple land including land owned by the great god Osorsouchos(?). There are payments in wheat and barley for tax on green fodder, tax on pasturage, a one twenty-fourth tax, and a three-choinikes (a dry measure) tax. Recto has a documentary text in Greek (P.Duk.inv. 1319 R)
