This ostracon is a receipt for dike and bath tax, payed by the same person as in O. Leid. 383 and 384: Πεσούριος Ψανσνῶτος.

(Translation: P. L. Bat. 25.24) Pesourios son of Psansnos has paid for dike tax of Charax for the 13th year: dr. 5, ob. 4½, ch. 2; for bath tax ob. 4½, totals dr. 6, ob. 3, ch. 2 and the additional sums. Year 13 of Domitianus, Mesore 26. I, Apion, have signed.
