προσηευσγ καθαροῦ μετὰ τοεπιο ἓν τετάρτας δέκα τρεῖς καὶ δέκου αα λίτρας ἓξ οὐγκίαςὀνκίας δύο καὶ ἱμάτια κο κοτων ? καὶ παράφερνα προσχης κασαικο οἰκονόμου ενεξαρχ εεσχες κλουμενα ααχο ἔχω Ἀπολλώνιος τοῦ Πτολεμαίου αν ἐπιδέδωκα τὴν ὑπαλλαγὴν κώμηι Σεβεννύτων καὶ υ οἰκοπέδων πρὸς τὰ τῆς φερνῆς μναιαῖαμναεῖαια δέκα τρία μναιαῖονμναααῖον ἓν τετάρτας ἱμάτια τρία , ἐν κοσμαρίῳ λί τρας ἓξ ὀγκίας δύο ενκε ἐν συντιμήσεισυντιμήσι δραχμῶν ἐνακοσίων καὶ ἀποδώσω καθὼς πρόκιται. ἔτους ἐννεακαιδεκάτου Αὐρηλίου καὶ ΚομμόδουΚομόδου τῶν Κυρίων Σεβαστῶν ιγκ
