Δημητρίωι τῷ καὶ Ἁρποκρατίωνι στρα τηγῷ Θεμίστου καὶ Πολέμωνος μερίδων. Ζεναμοῦνις Πετερέως ἀπὸ κώμης Βερ νικίδος Θεσμοφόρου Πολέμωνος μερίδος καὶ Πετεσοῦχος Σίμου ἀπὸ ἀμφόδου Ἱερᾶς Πύλης καὶ Σαραπίων Ἀλεξᾶ, οἱ τρεῖς β ἁλιεῖςἁλεεῖς καὶ νομεῖς τοῦ δρυμοῦ κώμης Θεαδελφείας. ὀμνύομεν τὴν Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς τύχην ἐργάσεσθαιἐργασζεσθαι ἐν τῷ προκιμένῳ δρυμῷ ἀπὸ τῆς ὑπογεγραμμένης ἡμέρας, ἥτις ἐστὶν ἡ πέμπτη τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος μηνὸς Φαρμοῦθι καὶ παραστήσεινπαραστήσιν τὸν μὲν Ζεναμοῦνιν τὰ ἑαυτοῦ τέκ να εἰς τὸ ἁλιεύεινἁλιεύιν καὶ πωλεῖν καὶ Πετεσοῦ χον ὡσαύτως δὲ παραστήσεινπαραστήσιν σὺν τοῖς προγεγραμμένοις τοὺς λοιποὺς ἁλιεῖςἁλεεῖς τοὺς ἐργαζομένους ἐν τῷ αὐτῷ δρυμῷ· ἐὰν δὲ μὴ οὕτω ἐργασώμεθα σὺν τοῖς λοιποῖς ἁλιεῦσινἁλεεις, ἀποδώσομενἀποδώσωμεν ἐκ τοῦ ἰδίου τὸν φόρον τῶν αὐτῶν δρυ μῶν τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος ἑπτακαιδεκά του ἔτους, ἢ ἔνοχοι εἴημεν τῷ ὅρκῳ. ἐγράφη διὰ γραφείου Θεαδελφείας.
