Ῥουβρίᾳ Σουπερσίλλῃπερσίλλῃ τῇ καὶ Εἰρήνῃ κληρονόμῳ Ἀντωνίου Πρόκλου νομάρχῃ Ἀρσινοείτου παρά ς Διδύμου τοῦ Διδύμου Σωσικοσμίου τοῦ καὶ Ἀλθαιέως. βούλομαι ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως ἐπιχωρηθῆναι παρὰ σοῦ πρὸς μό νους μῆνας ὀκτὼ ἀπὸ τοῦ ἐνεστῶ τος μηνὸς Τῦβι μέχρι Μεσορὴ μηνὸς τοῦ ἐνεστῶτος κβ ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου τὴν πωλικὴν καὶ πλακουν τοπωλικὴν καὶ παντελιτοπωλικ ήν κώμης Φιλαδελφείας καὶ τελέσω εἰς τὸν τῆς ὠνῆς λόγον φόρου σύμπαν τισύνπαντι λόγῳ ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ε ὧν καὶ τὴν διαγραφὴν ποι ήσομαι κατὰ μῆνα τὸ αἱροῦν ἐξ ἴσου ἀνυπολόγων καὶ ἀκιν δύνων, τῶν εἰς ἑτέρους λόγους πρὸς διοίκησιν τελουμένων ὄντων πρὸς ἐμὲ τὸν μεμισθω μένον. οὐχ ἕξω δὲ κοινωνὸν οὐδὲ μίσθιον γενόμενονγενάμενον τῆς ὠνῆς ὑποτελῆὑποτελῆν, ἐξουσίας σοι οὔσης ἑτέροις μεταμισθοῦνμεταμισθῦν, ὁπότε ἐὰν αἱρῇ, ἐὰν φαίνηται ἐπιχωρῆσαι.
