θη οφμ ὑπὲρ τοῦ Διοσκορᾶτος ροπαεσε καὶ ἄλ λην ἡμέραν ἠθέλησας παρά μοι μεῖναι μίαν ανεουην, ἵνα καὶ ἐπʼ ἀγα θῶι, ὡς διʼ εὐχῆς ἡμῖν ἐστιν, ταχέως ἀπαλ λαγῇς. ἀσπάζου Διοσκορᾶν καὶ Εὐδαιμονίδα τὴν κυρίαν μου. ἀσπάζεταί σε ἡ μικρὰμεικρὰ Ἡραι δοῦς καὶ ἡ ἄλλη Εὐδαιμονὶς καὶ ἡ μήτηρ αὐτῆς. ἀσπάζου καὶ Ἀπολλώνιον τὸν κράτιστον. ἔρρωσο, κύριέ μου.
