Αὐρήλιοι Γεμελλίων καὶ Πασιγένης διʼ ἐμοῦ Ἰσιδώρου Αὐρηλίῳ Ἰσιδώρῳ Πτολεμαίου γεωργῷ χαίρειν. ἀπέσχομενἀπεσχον παρὰ σοῦ τὸ ἐκφόριον καὶ τὸ μέρος τῶν περιγενομένων γενημάτων ὧν ἐγεώρ γησας ἡμῶν ἀρουρῶν περὶ ὁριοδεικτίανὁριδικτίαν Καρανίδος ἐν τόπῳ Παμμαρὲς λεγομένῳ ὑπὲρ τῶν ἀνὰ χεῖρα μέχρι τοῦ διεληλυθότος ιη ἔτους καὶ ϛ ἔτους καὶ δ ἔτους καὶ β ἔτους πλήρης, καὶ ἐπερωτηθέντες ὡμολογήσαμεν. ὑπατείας τῶν δεσποτῶν ἡμῶν Γαλερίου Οὐαλερίου Μαξιμιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ τὸ η καὶ Γαλερίου Οὐαλερίου Μαξιμίνου Σεβαστοῦ τὸ β Μεχεὶρ κθ.
