μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Βασιλίου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους ὀγδόου, Μεσορὴ κα ιγ ἰνδικτίονος. Φλαυίῳ Διοσκόρῳ Ἀπολλῶτος τῷ θαυμασιωτάτῳ, ἀπὸ κώμης Ἀφροδίτης τοῦ Ἀνταιοπολίτου νομοῦ Ψάις Βησίου, ἐκ μητρὸς Τασάϊς, πρεσβύτερος ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης Ἀφροδίτης, χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ διὰ ταύτης μου τῆς ἐγγράφου ἀσφαλείας ὀφείλειν σοι καὶ χρεωστεῖν ἐν καθαρῷ καὶ ἀναμφιβόλῳἀναμφιβρόχῳἀναμφιβόχῳ, ὑπὲρ σπορᾶς καὶ φόρου καὶ ἀρδεύσεωςἀρτεύσεως ἀρουρῶν τριῶν σπειρομένων μοι παρὰ σοῦ ἀπὸ τοῦ τόπου Ἀθανασίας, διακειμένου ἐν περισύνῳπερισύνου σιτοφόρῳσιτοφόρου γῃδίῳγῃδίου, ἐγγὺς λιπαρᾶς γῆς, εἰς κατάθεσιν πυροῦ ἐπὶ τοῦ γενήματος σὺν Θεῷ τεσσαρεσ καιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος, χρυσοῦ νομίσματα δύο τρίτον καὶ σίτου ἀρτάβην μίαν ιφ δύο ?. καὶ ταῦτα ἑτοίμως ἔχω καταβαλεῖν σοι εἰς τὴν τρίτην καταβολὴν τοῦ δημοσίου, πρῶτον μὲν τὰ δύο νομίσματα , τὸ δὲ τρίτον ἐπὶ τοῦ γενήματος τῆς αὐτῆς τρεισκαιδεκάτηςτρισκαιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος, τά προκείμενα νομίσματα ἕκαστον παρὰ κεράτια δύο , δίχα τινὸς ἀπάτης, ὑποκειμένης πάσης μου ὑποστάσεως ἄχρι πληρώσεως· καὶ ἐφʼ ἅπαντα ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα· τῶν δὲ σίτων ἐν τῷ καιρῷ τῆς ἀλοήσεωςἀλωήσεως σὺν Θεῷ τῆς αὐτῆς ιδ ἰνδικτίονος. ἰνδικτίονος.
