παρὰ Φλαυίου Στεφάνου, ἀκτουαρίου ἀριθμοῦ Ἀνταίου πόλεως, τοῖς θαυμασιωτάτοις πρωτοκωμήταις κώμης Ἀφροδίτης, διὰ σοῦ Ἰωάννου ὑποδέκτου τῆς αὐτῆς κώμης. ἐδεξάμην καὶ ἐπληρώθην παρʼ ὑμῶν κατὰ τὴν δύναμιν τοῦ ἐγχειρισθέντος φορμαρίαν ὡς πρόκειται. Φλάυιος Στέφανος ἀκτουάριος· στοιχεῖ μοι ταύτην τὴν φορμαρίαν τῶν πεντήκοντα νομισμάτων ὡς πρόκειται. Φλάυιος Ἀνδρέας υἱὸς τοῦ προκειμένου Στεφάνου ἀκτουαρίου, ἐπιτραπεὶς, ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτοῦ γράμματα μὴ εἰδότος. ἐγράφη Παχὼν πεντεκαιδεκάτῃ, ἀρχῆς δευτέρας ἰνδικτίονοςCross-references (3)
