ἐν ιστῃ ὥρᾳ ἐν ᾗ ἀπήντησα τῷ μεγαλοπρεπεστάτῳ κόμετι καὶ τῷ θαυμασιωτάτῳ σχολαστικῷ Ἑρμογένει, οὐκ ὀλίγην ἀγανάκτησιν ἐποίησαν περὶ τῆς γυναικὸς τῆς ἀσφαλισθείσης, ὡς μὴ παραπεμφθείσηςπαραμπεμφθείσης ἕως νῦν. καὶ ἀντεῖπον ὡς ἐκ κελεύσεως ὑμετέρας οὐκ ἐποιήσαμεν τοῦτο. καὶ παραχρῆμα ἔγραψεν πρὸς τὴν σὴν ἀδελφότητα ὁ μεγαλοπρεπέστατος κόμες μετὰ γνώμης τοῦ σοφωτάτουσοφοτάτο σχολαστικοῦ, ἐπιτρέπων ἐκπέμψαιἐκμπέμψαι αὐτὴν διὰ ταχέως. καὶ αὐτὰ τὰ γράμματα ἔπεμψα αὐτῇ παρες τῶν γραμμάτων πάραυτα ἐκπέμψατε αὐτήν. ἐνταῦθα δέ ἐστιν ὁ ἀδελφὸς αὐτῆς δυσφημῶν ἡμᾶς πάνυ
