δέδωκεν η ὑπὲρ Διοσκόρου Ψιμανώβετ ὑπὲρ Διοσκόρου αὐτοῦ υἱοῦ, εἰς λόγον λοιπάδων τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἀπὸ ἐπάρχωνιεπαρχ Ἰουλιανοῦ καὶ Ἐνώχ, κεράτια ιζ ὁμοίως ὑπὲρ λοιπάδων καὶ ἄλλ κεράτια ιζ, ὁμοίως κεράτια δ γ. Τῦβι γ τῆς αὐτῆς ἰνδικτίωνος Ἰωάννης ὑποδέκτης σεσημείωμαι ὑπὲρ κωμητικῶνκομητικο͂ν Ἀφροδίτης γίνονται σίτου μόδιοι ξ καὶ τξγ καὶ πρ σοι εἰς τὸν αὐτὸν φόρον καὶ ἔχε τοῦτο τὸ ἐντάγιον ὡς πρόκειται.
