ιδ ἰνδικτίονος Φαρμοῦθι ιβ ιε τοπαρχίας Ψύχεως δι’ Ἀσκληπιάδου πραι ποσίτου. διέγραψας τῇ τῆς ἐπαρχιου τραπέζῃ εἰς λόγον ναύλου θαλασσίων πλοίων ιδ ἰνδικτίονος τάλαντα τπθ ἀργυρικῶν τίτλων τῆς αὐτῆς ιδ κανόνος τάλαντα λϛ δραχμὰς Γσ, γίνονται ὁμοῦ τάλαντα τετρακόσια εἴκοσι πέντε καὶ δραχμαὶ Γσ, γίνονται τάλαντα υκε δραχμαὶ Γσ.
