Ἀμμώνιος ὁ παρὰ Ἡρακλείδου σιτολόγου Ζήνωνι χαίρειν. μεμέτρηκεν Ε ὑ πὲρ Εὐτυχίδου εἰς τὸν ἐν Σύρων κώμηι θησαυ ρὸν τοῦ Φαρμοῦθι πυρῶν ρη, ὀλυρῶν ο, καὶ τῆι κβ ὀλυρῶν σξα 𐅵 γίνονται τοῦ Φαρμοῦθι πυρῶν ρη, ὀλυρῶν τλα 𐅵, καὶ τοῦ Παχὼνς καὶ τῆι β ὀλυρῶν ρε καὶ τῆι καὶ ιϛ πυρῶν ϛ γίνονται τοῦ Παχὼνς πυρῶν , ὀλυρῶν ρε, εἰς τὸ αὐτὸταυτὸ πυρῶν καὶ ὀλυρῶν υλϛ 𐅵. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους γ, Θῶυθ ζ. demotic ? lin Ζήνωνι.
