ἐν κώμῃ ΠιτοῦΠειτοῦ τοῦ Μεμφίτου νομοῦ ὁμολογεῖ ὭροςὩρου Σαρᾶ τοῦ ἀπὸ κώμης ΠιτοῦΠειτοῦ ὡς ἐτῶν οὐλὴ ποδὶ δεξιῷ Ἐπιμάχῳ Πλουτίωνος ἀπὸ ΦιλαδελφίαςΦιλαδέλφου τοῦ Αρσινοίτου νομοῦ πεπρακέναι αὐτὸν ὭρονὩρου τῷ Ἐπιμάχῳ ὄνον θήλειαν λευκόχρουνθήλιαν λευκώχρουν χων εἰς τὸ ἔμπροσθενἔνπρωσθεν καὶ αὐτόθεν ἔσχεν ὁ Ὧρος παρὰ τοῦ ἘπιμάχουἘπιμάχω τὴν συνεσταμένην καὶ συνπεφωνημένην τιμὴν ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς διακοσίας τριάκοντα καὶ βεβεώσι ταύτην ὁ Ὧρος πάσῃ βεβαι ώσειβεβεώσι ὑπὲρ παντὸς καὶ διὰ παντὸς τοῦ ἐπελευσομένου. ἔτους ιθ Αὐτοκρατόρων Καισάρων Μάρκου Αὐρηλίου Ἀντωνίνου καὶ Λουκίου Αὐρη λίουΑὐρηλίω Κομόδου Σεβαστῶν Ἀρμε νιακῶν Μηδικῶν ΠαρθικῶνΠαρτικῶν Γερμα νικῶν ΣαρματικῶνΣαρμητικῶν μεγίστων Θὼθ ιζ.
