διδύμου νεωτέρου ῥήτορος ἀποκριναμένουἀποκρειναμένου μηδὲν βλάπτεσθαι ἐκ τῶν ἀνεγνωσμένων μηδὲ γάρ ἀποκληρόνομον γίγνεσθαι τὸν στρατιώτην, ἀλλὰ τὸ ἴδιον μέρος διατετάχθαι κατὰ διαθήκην ἣν διέθετο ἡ μήτηρ, ὁ στρατηγὸς· οὐδὲν δύναται ἡ διαθήκη βλάπτειν τὸν στρατιώτην ἀλλὰ κληρο νομεῖν ὀφείλει ἀκολούθως τοῖς ἀνεγνωσμένοις καὶ ἐπε νεχθεῖσι ὑπʼ αὐτοῦ προστάγμασι.Cross-references (3)
