καὶ ἀναγκαίας χρείας χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια ἓξ ἰδιωτικῷ ζυγῷ, γίνονται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια ϛ ἰδιωτικῷ ζυγῷ, νομιτευόμενα, ἅπερ ἀκίνδυνα ὄντα ἀπὸ παντὸς κινδύνου ἀποδώσω μετὰ τοῦ νομίμου τόκου ὁπηνίκα ἂν ἀπολαβεῖν βουληθείης ἀνυπερθέτως καὶ ἄνευ πάσης ἀντιλογίας. καὶ ἐπὶ τούτοις μὴ ἐξέσται μοι λέγειν τι δεδωκέναι ἐκ τοῦ προγεγραμμένου χρέους χωρὶς ἐγγράφων σου ἐνταγίων ἢ συναποχῶν ἢ πρὸ ἀνακομιδῆς καὶ λυτρώσεως τοῦδέ μου τοῦ γραμματίου κινδύνῳ τῶν ἐμοὶ ὑπαρχόντων ὑποκειμένων εἰς τοῦτο. κύριον τὸ γραμμάτιον ἁπλοῦν γραφὲν καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.Cross-references (3)
