Θεόδωρος Διονυσίωι χαίρειν. ἐμβαλοῦ μετὰ τοῦ συνεπακολουθοῦντος ἐπὶ τοῦ κατὰ τὴν Καινὴν ὅρμου ἀπὸ τῶν γενημάτων τοῦ κθ ἔτους κατὰ τὸν παρʼ Ἀσκληπίου τοῦ πρὸς τῆι σιτηρᾶι ἀπόστολοναποστολ ἐκ τοῦ περὶ Ὀξύρυγχα ἐργαστηρίου εἰς κέρκουρον ἁληγὸν Πτολεμαίου καὶ Νεάρχου καὶ Μηνοστράτου ἀγωγῆς ψ ἐφʼ οὗ Θέων πυροῦ ἀρτάβας ἑπτακοσίας, γίνονται πυροῦ ψ καὶ μὴ πρότερον τὴν ἐμβολὴν ποίησαι ἐὰν μὴ ἐπιβιβασθῆι ὁ ἡγούμενος φυλακῆς. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους κθ Ἐπεὶφ ιη.
