νομισμάτια χρυσίου νομισμάτια γ ὁμολογῶ μεμισθῶσθαι παρʼ αὐτῆς ἑκουσίως μισθός με καταφρονῆσαι ἔν τινι μην ἐπαναχωρῆσαι ἀπὸ λαμπροτάτουκομπρομίσσου πρὸ συμπληρώσεως τοῦ ἑνὸς ἐνιαυτοῦ. εἰ δὲ τοῦτο ποιήσω ὁμολογῶ ζημιοῦσθαι τὸν ἐμὸν καὶ ἐὰν ἐκβληθῶ ἀπʼ αὐτῆς ἐπὶ τῷ καὶ αὐτὴν ζημιοῦσθαι μισθόν. κύριον τὸ συνάλλαγμα καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. ου στοιχεῖ μοι ὡς πρόκειται.
