ἐξ ἐπικρίσεως ἐφήβων ἐνάτου ἔτους Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου· Φιλοσάραπις Ἡρακλείδου η τοῦ καὶ Οὐαλερίου Ἡρακλείδου μητρὸς Ἡρακλείας Ἑρμίου ἐτῶν ιδ. γνωστῆρες· Νεμεσάμμων Δημητρίου Ἀθηναιεὺς ὁ καὶ Ἀρτεμείσιος, Ποσιδώνιος ὁ καὶ Τούρβων Ἁρποκρατίωνος Ὀσειραντινόειος ὁ καὶ Παρράσειος, Κάστορος Αἰλιεὺς ὁ καὶ Πολιεύς. ἀντίγραφον ὑπογραφῆς τοῦ κρατίστου ἐπιστρατήγου Μινικίου Κορελλιανοῦ οὕτως ἐχούσης· παρεδέχθη.
