Σαραπίωνι τῷ καὶ Ἀπολλωνι ανῷ στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοΐτου Θεμίστου καὶ Πολέμωνος μερίδων παρὰ Πασίωνος καὶ μετόχων σιτολόγων κώμης Βουσίρεως. ἐμετρή θησαν ἡμῖνἡμεῖν ἐπὶ τῆς ζ τοῦ Μεσορὴ μηνὸς τοῦ ἐνεστῶ τος ιη ἔτους ἀπὸ γενήματος τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἔτους ὑπὲρ Μούχεως κληρούχων πυροῦ ἀρτά βας δύοδυω ἥμισυἡμασους· γίνονται πυροῦ ἀρτάβαι β 𐅵.
