Θεοτίμῳ προνοητῇ Ἐρύθριος σὺν θεῷ ἐξπελλευτήςἐξπελλάτωρ ἐδεξάμην παρὰ σοῦ ὑπὲρ συνηθείας τῷ κατὰ καιρὸν ἐξπελλευτῇἐξπελλάτωρι διδομένηςδιδασκάλῳ ὑπὲρ τῶν υἱῶν τοῦ κόμετος Ζαχαρίου ὑπὲρ τῆς χειρογραφίας τρεισκαιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος κεράτια ἓξ ἥμισυ τέταρτον γίνεται χρυσοῦ κεράτια ϛ 𐅵 δ μόνα. ἐγράφη Ἐπεὶφ κγ ἰνδικτίονος ιγ.
