ἀντίγραφον διαγραφῆς διὰ τῆς Σαραπίωνος τραπέζης Ταμείων. ἔτους ἑνδεκάτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Δομιτιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ μηνὸς Σωτηρίου ιε.
