Ἱέρακι τῷ καὶ Νεμεσίωνι στρατηγῷ Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος διὰ Ἀνουβίωνοςδιʼ Ἀνυβίωνοσ ἀγορανομήσαντος γυμνασιαρχήσαντος δια δεχομένου τὴν στρατηγίαν, παρὰ Ταπιάμεως Ἀγχώ φεως καταγινομένης ἐν κώμῃ Ψενύρι. Στοτοῆτις τις κομισάμενοςεἰσκομισάμενοσ παρʼ ἐμοῦ ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ὀκτακο σίας ἐπὶ τῷ ἀποκαταστῆ σαι ἐν κώμῃ Ἀφροδειτη πόλει Χαιρήμονι οἰνεμ πόρῳ ὑπὲρ τιμῆς ὧν ἔσ χονἔσχεν παρʼ αὐτοῦ οἴνου κε ραμίων, ἀφανὴς ἐγένετο. ὅθεν ἐπιδίδωμι καὶ ἀξιῶ ἐν καταχωρισμῷ γενέσθαι τόδε τὸτοῦτο βιβλίδιον, πρὸς τὸ φανέντος τοῦ Στοτοήτεως μένειν μοι τὸν λόγον. Ταπιᾶμις ὡς ἐτῶν ν οὐλὴ γόνατι δεξιῷ. ἔτους Λουκίου Σεπτιμίου Σεουήρου Εὐσεβοῦς Περτίνακος Σεβαστοῦ Μεχεὶρ ϛ.
