Ἱέρακι στρατηγῶι Ἀρσινοίτου Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος Οὐαλέριος καὶ Σαραπίων καὶ Γεβινᾶς καὶ οἱ λοιποί, οἷς ἐκέλευσας προσταθῆναι κώ μης Φιλαδελφείας, τῶι κυρίωι χαίρειν. ταύτης τῆς κώμης ἐκθέσεως οὐκ οὔσης ὀλίγης καὶ χρείας ἡμῖν οὔσης πολλῆς βοηθείας τῶν τε πλειόνων τῶν τῆς κώμης προεστώτωνπροεστότων μὴ προσκαρτε ρούντων τῇ ἀπαιτήσειἀπετήσι, μάλιστα δὲ τῶν πεδιοφυλάκων, ἀξιοῦμεν ἐξετάσεως αὐτοὺς τῆς ἀπὸ σοῦ τυχεῖν, ἵνα καὶ ἡ εἴσπραξις ἐπιμελέστερον γίνηται. ἐρρῶσθαί σε εὐχόμεθα.
