ἔξω ἱεροῦ πάσης σκέπης· ἐὰν δὲ μή, ἀποτεισάτω τὸ βλάβος. ἀπογραφέσθωσαν δὲ πᾶν φορτίον τῶν εἰς τὴν ὠνὴν συγκυρόντωνσυνκυρόντων ητοι τα ἐν ἡμέραις ϛ καὶ χειρογραφησάτωσανχιρογραφησά τωσαν τὸν ὅρκον μὴ ἐψεῦσθαι ἐὰν δὲ μὴ ἀπογράψωνται, ἀποτεισάτωσανἀποτισάτωσαν ἐπίτιμον δραχμὰς φ. εἰς τὰς μητροπόλεις ἢ εἰς τὰς κώμας στερέσθωσαν, πρός τε τὰ πρ τοῦ ναυκλήρου καὶ τ τα κεράμια ἄγουσιν κατε ο οἱ δὲ ἔμποροι καὶ οἱ κάπηλοι ἐὰν ἀγοράζωσιν οἶνον παρὰ τῶν εἰσαγειοχότων ἐπισκοπείτωσανἐπισκοπίτωσαν, εἰ τὰ γενήματα ἀπογέγρα πται· ἐὰν δέ τινες ἐπιδειχθῶσινἐπιδιχθῶσιν α ἠγορακότες παρὰ τούτων εἰσαγειοχότες καὶ μὴ ἀπογεγραμμένοι, τοῦ τεδε οἴνου στερέσ θωσαν καὶ προσαποτεισάτωσανπροσαποτισάτωσαν ἑκάστου κεραμίου δραχμὰς · οἱ δ’ ἀπογραψάμενοι τὸν οἶνον ἐπιδεχέστθωσαν παρὰ τῶν πραγ ματευομένων χαρακτῆρα ἐπὶ τὰ κεράμια· ὅστις δ’ ἂν μὴ χαράξας πωλῆι, τοῦ τεδε οἴνου στερέσθωσαν καὶ προσ αποτινέτωσαν ἑκάστου κεραμίου δραχμὰς ι. ἐὰν δέ τινες ψωνται μὴ ἀπογραψάμενοι τὰ τέλη μηδὲ χαράξαντες τὰ κεράμια στερέσθωσαν τῶν φορτίων, ἐὰν δὲ κατὰ ποτα μὸν ἄγωσιν, καὶ τοῦ πλοίου, ἐὰν δὲ πεζῆι, καὶ τῶν πορει ῶν τῶν νωτοφόρων, πραχθήσεται ἐπίτιμον ἑκάστου κεραμίου δραχμὰς ν. ὁμοίως δὲ καὶ οἱ παρὰ τούτων ἀγοράσαντες τοῖς αὐτοῖς ἐπιτίμοις ἔνοχοι ἔστωσαν, μηνύειν δὲ τὸν βουλόμε νον τῶι τρίτωι μέρει. ὁμοίως μὴ ἐξέστω δέ τoῖς τὸν ἀτελῆ οἶνον εἰση γμένοις πωλεῖν μηδὲ παρὰ τούτων μηθένα ἀγοράζον τα νομποδόμενο, ἤ στερήσεται τοῦ τε οἴνου, πρός θ’ οἱ τούτων αἰτιαθέντεςἐτιαθέντες προσαποτεισάτωσανπροσαποτισάτωσαν ἑκάσ του κεραμίου δραχμάς σεταιπωλεῖν ἀπογρα ε ἢ ἔνοχοι τοῖς αὐτοῖς ἐπιτίμοις ἔστωσαν. 1lin κα βασ εν φω ο ε π δια με χ χει ειδTranslations (1)
Outside the temple of any protection; if not, let him pay the penalty for damages. Let all goods belonging to those involved in commerce be registered within six days, and let them write the oath not to falsify. If they do not register, let them pay a fine of fifty drachmas to the metropolis or to the villages. They shall be deprived of [goods], and those leading to the ship and those bringing the jars shall [suffer the penalty]. The merchants and shopkeepers, if they buy wine from the importers, must verify if the goods are registered. If they demonstrate that the importers have sold without registering, they shall be deprived of the wine and shall pay a penalty of [an] additional drachma for each jar. Those who have registered the wine shall receive a mark from the dealers on the jars. Whoever sells without marking shall be deprived of the wine and shall pay an additional [penalty] of ten drachmas for each jar. If anyone buys without registering the dues or marking the jars, they shall be deprived of the cargo, and if they bring it by river, the ship itself, and if on foot, then the [burden] of the carriers. A penalty of fifty drachmas for each jar will be enforced. Similarly, those who buy from them shall be liable to the same penalties. Anyone wishing to denounce shall do so to the one-third part (?). Likewise, it shall not be permitted to those importing untaxed wine to sell, nor anyone to buy from them, lest they be [punished] and those accused of it shall pay an additional penalty of [...] drachmas for each jar. Let them not sell [more wine] unless registered or they will be [liable] to the same penalties.
