δέδωκεν ὀνόματος Σαραπίων Ἑλλαδίου σὺν ὀνόματι διὰ τῶν κληρονόμων Ζαχαρίου λαναρίου διὰ τοῦ ἀδελφοῦ Ἰσακίου νοταρίου εἰς λόγον δημοσίων ἀννωνικῶν καὶ κανονικῶν πεντεκαιδεκάτης ἰνδικτίονος χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια δύο καὶ κεράτια ἓξ, γίνεται χρυσοῦ νομισμάτια β κεράτια ϛ μόνα.
