Φίλιππος Πτολε μαίωι χαίρειν. κακοῦργον τὸν τὴν λείαν ποιήσαντα ἐπικαλεῖ Τνᾶς Ἁρνούφιος, ὃν συν τέταχα τῶι ἀρχιερεῖἀρχιγερεῖ τῶν ἐν Θώλτει παραδοῦ ναί σοι. ὡς ἂν λάβῃςλάβηις τὰ γράμματα λαβὼν αὐτὸν τὸ τάχος ἀποκατά στησον πρὸς ἡμᾶς ἐν Ὀξυρύγχων πόλει, καὶ ὅπως μὴ ἄλλως ἔσται. ἔρρωσο. ἔτους β Παῦνι κ.
