βασιλεύοντος Πτολεμαίου τοῦ Πτολε μαίου καὶ τοῦ υἱοῦ Πτολεμαίου ἔτους δευτέρου καὶ εἰκοστοῦ ἐφʼ ἱερέως πέλοπος τοῦ Ἀλεξάνδρου Ἀλεξάνδρου καὶ θεῶν Ἀδελφῶν κανηφόρου Ἀρσινόης Φιλαδέλφου Μνησιστρά της τῆς Τεισάρχου μηνὸς Ξανδικοῦ Αἰγυπτί ων μηνὸς Μεχὶρ τεσσαρεσκαιδεκάτηι αι ἐνἐμ Μουχιναροὼ τοῦ Ὀξυρυγχίτου. ἔγγυοι Τιμοκλέους τοῦ Σίμου ΘρᾳκὸςΘραικὸς τῆς ἐπιγονῆς Μνάσων Σίμου ΘρᾷξΘραῖξ τῆς ἐπιγονῆς Ἡγέ μων ιμου Κρὴς τῆς ἐπιγονῆς ἐφʼ ὧι πα ραδώσονται αὐτὸν ἐν Ἡρακλέους πόλει ἐπὶ Κρισίππου τοῦ στρατηγοῦ ἕως γνώσεως περὶ τῆς δίκης ἧς ἐνεγύησενἐγενεγύησεν αὐτὸν Ἀπολλώνιος κατὰ συνγραφὴν πρὸς τὸ ἀρχαῖον δρα χμὰς τριακοσίας καὶ τόκον δραχμὰς ἑκατὸν . ἐὰν δὲ μὴ παραδῶνται κατὰ τὰ γεγραμμένα ἀποτεισάτωσαν τὰς τε τρακοσίας τε τριακοσίας δραχμὰς καὶ τὰ ἐπιδέκατα καὶ τὰ γινόμενα, καὶ ἡ πρᾶξις ἔστω Ἀπολλωνίωι ἢ ἄλλωι τῶν Κρισίππου ἢ τοῦ πράκτο ρος ὑπηρετῶν κατὰ τὸ διάγραμμα.
