τῷ ἀδελφῷ Θεοδώρῳ νομικαρίῳ Ἴουλος Ἀδιοῦς ἔσχον παρὰ τῆς σῆς ἀρετῆς ὑπὲρ συνηθείας βοηθοῦ νουμεραρίου τῶν χρυσικῶν τῆς τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος χρυσοῦ νομισμάτιον ἓν τέταρτον καὶ αὐτοῦἀτοῦ τῆς κριθῆς νομισμάτιον ἥμισυ γίνεται ʼα 𐅵 δ καὶ πρὸς ἀσφάλειαν πεποίημαι ταύτην τὴν ἀποχήν.
