δέδωκεν ὀνόματος Ἀχιλλεὺς Φοιβαδίου ἀθλητὴς διὰ τῶν κληρονόμων Παύλου διὰ Σοφίας τῆς ὑπὲρ τοῦ αὐτῆς ἡμίσεως μέρους εἰς λόγον τῆς βουλευτικῆς λειτουργίας πρώτης φυλῆς χρυσοῦ κεράτια δεκαοκτώ, γίνεται χρυσοῦ κεράτια ιη μόνα. Θεόδωρος βοηθὸς διʼ ἐμοῦ φ καὶ απι ἐνάτης ἰνδικτίωνος
