ντμη ησιν ἐνοικίου κατ’ ἔτος ἀργυρίου ταλάντων πεντακισχειλείων ὅπερ ἐνοίκιον ἀποδώσω ὑμῖν πρὸς λῆξιν ἑκάστου ἔτους ἀνυπερθέτως καὶ ὁπόταν βουληθῇς ἔχειν παραδώσω ὑμῖν σὺν θύρᾳ καὶ κλιδὶ μιᾷ ὡς παρ είληφα ἐν οὐδενί καταβλάψας πλὴν μόνης τῆς χρήσεως. ἡ μίσθωσις κυρία καὶ βεβαία καὶ ἐπερωτηθεῖσα ὡμολόγησα. ἡ προκειμένη μεμίσθωμαι ὡς πρόκειται. ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως ἀξιωθεὶς ἔγραψα ὑπὲρ αὐτῆς γράμματα μὴ εἰδυίης.Translations (1)
For the annual rent payment in silver talents of five thousand, which rent I will pay to you at the end of each year without fail and whenever you wish to have it, I will hand it over to you with one door and key as I received it, having damaged nothing except for its use. The lease is valid and secure and, having been questioned, I agreed. I have leased the aforementioned as stated. From Hermopolis, having been deemed worthy, I have written concerning it letters without her knowledge.
