εἰς τὴν τῆς γαμουμένης μητέρα ἐὰν ζῇ, εἰ δὲ μή, εἰς τοὺς ἐν τοῖς ἐσομένοις ἐκ τῆς δούλης ἐγγόνοις, εἴς δ τε ἐκδότην ἐὰν περιῇ καί, εἰ δὲ μή, εἰς νυνὶνυνεὶ τῇ γαμουμένῃ ἄρουραι δύο καὶ ἃ ἐὰν ἄλλα ἔχῃ ἡ γαμουμένη πάντα τα γενόμενα ἐπιμεταλλάξῃ ἄτεκνα, κομισαμένοι οἱ πλ ων ἁπάντων ἀπίτωσαν. ἡ δὲ γαμουμένη ἀποσπάσασα ἕως δ’ ἄν κομίσωνται κυριευέτωσαν πάντων, ἐπὶ δὲ πασῶν τῶν διαστολῶν ἀντὶ τῶν τῆς συντιμήσεωςσυντειμήσεως δραχμῶν διακοσίων διακομισθεισῶν ὑπαρχόντων αὐτῷ πάντων μηδεμιᾶς πράξεως γινομένης η γένηται τὰς τότε ὑποστελλούσας τῆ γαμουμενῃ πρὸς τῆ γαμουμένῃ τοῦ ἔτους μηνῶν. ἡ δὲ γα`μου΄μένη τὰ λοιπὰ ἀπαλ ας δραχμὰς εἴκοσι. ὁπηνίκα δ’ ἄν αἱρῶνται οἱ γαμοῦντες οις τῶν γραμματικῶν ὄντων πρὸς ἑκάτερον μέρος ἔτους Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς, Μεσορὴ ε vac.Translations (1)
To the mother of the marrying woman if she lives, but if not, to the descendants from the bondwoman, and to the presenter if he survives, if not, to the current married woman [two arourae and whatever else] the married woman possesses, all that [made in exchange] childlessness, having taken those [things] let everyone depart empty-handed. The married woman having [stayed back] as long as they may be conveyed, let them have authority over all things, regarding all arrangements instead of the assessment of two hundred drachmas, all things held by him [producing] no transactions being made or those that may suspend to the marrying woman towards the married woman in the month of that year. The married woman [shall pay] twenty [remaining] drachmas when those marrying are chosen whose of the scribes being towards each side in the year of the Emperor Caesar Titus Aelius Hadrian Antoninus Augustus Pius, Mesore [...]
