Διοφαν στρατηγὸς Ὀξυρυγχίτου Πετεήσει ε βιβλιδίων δοθέντων μοι ὑπὸ γιου Θέων οτη ἀπηγτωθ η του ωσ πολλῷ χρόνῳ σανν ἐν οἰκίᾳ ἐπ’ ἀμφόδου Παμ μένους Παραδείσου ἀνελθοῦσαν εἰς τὸ ἄνω οἰκημάτιον καταπεπτωκέναι εἰς τὴν δημοσίαν ῥύμην καὶ μετηλλαχέναι το ἐπιστέλλεται ὅπως παραλαβὼν ἰατρὸν τοῦ νομοῦ τοῦτο ἐπιθεωρή σῃς τὸ σιος σῶμα μὴ ἄρα ἐπι ιει ἐξετάσῃς τε, εἰ μὴ τῷ ὄντι κατέπεσεν κα ναι το ἐγγράφως τε προσφωνή σῃς ωCross-references (3)
