νων πρς τὴν συνάλλαξιν ἐντὸς τοῦ χρόνου σὺν τοῖς σκεύεσι ἐπὶ τῶν κατὰ Ἀλεξανδρείαν ὅρμων ἐνἐμ μηδενὶ κατα βεβλαμμένα πλὴν τριβῆς καὶ σήψεωςσκήψεως, πλὴν ἐὰν μή τι βίαιον ἐκ θεοῦ γένηται κατὰ χειμῶναχιμῶνα ἢ πυρὸς ἀπὸ γῆς πάθῃ τὸ πλοῖον ἢ ὑπὸ πολεμίων ἢ λῃστῶν περισπασθῇ ὃ καὶ συμφανὲς καταστήσω. ἐὰν δέ τι τούτων παραβαίνω, ἐκτείσω σοι τά τε βλάβη καὶ ὃ ἐὰν ὀφειλήσωὀφιλήσω πρὸς τὰ τῶν ναύλων μέρη σὺν ἡμιολίαι καὶ ἄλλας ὡς ἴδιον χρέος ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς πεντακοσίας καὶ ἱερὰς Καίσαρι δραχμὰς διακοσίας χωρὶς τοῦ μένειν κύρια τὰ προγεγραμμένα, τῆς πράξεως σοι οὔσης ἔκ τε ἐμοῦ καὶ ἐκ τῶν ὑπαρχόντων μοι πάντων καθάπερ ἐκἐγ δίκης ἀκύρων οὐσῶν ὧν ἐὰν ἐπενέγκωἐπενέγκωι πίστεων πασῶν καὶ πάσης σκέπης. ἐὰν δέ τι παρασυγγραφῶ, ἐξέστω σοι ἐγβάλλοντά με ἐκ τῆς μισθώσεως ἐνχρόνου οὔσης ἑτέρῳ μεταμισθῶσαι καὶ εἰσ πράσσειν τὸ ἐσόμενον ἀφεύρεμα παρὰ τὴν ἐξαναμίσθωσιν ὑπὲρ ὧν καὶ ἐν ἡμέραις χρηματιζούσαις πέντε ἀφʼ ἧς ἐάν μοι προ είπῃς τὴν ἀσφάλειαν ἀνυπερθέτως.Cross-references (3)
