ινιδοσυ Ζώπυρος Θέωνι τῷ τιμιωτάτῳ χαίρειν. ἔλαβον τὸν χρηματισμὸν τῆς μιᾶς ἡμίσους τετάρτης ἀρούρης πρὸς ησιν καὶ ισμ ἐκ τῶντου Ἰσιζέλμιος καὶ Ζαζέλμιος κλήρων, οὗ γείτονεςγείτονος· νότου Κλαυδία Ἡράκλεια καὶ ἄλλων, βορρᾶ καὶ ἀπηλιώτου Ἰάσων ΠτολεμαίουΠτολλεμαιουπτολλμαίου καὶ ἄλλων, λιβὸς βουνόςβουνου. ἡ Τεσενπτόλλις ἀπὸ κώμης Θμοινέτει τοῦ Κυνοπολίτου, ὁ δὲ Σαμβίων Δωσιθέου μητρὸς ΔημαρίουΔημαρείου ἀπὸ Ψύχεως τοῦ Πασκὼ τοῦ Ἑρμοπολίτου. ἔστι σοῦ τὸ γραμματικόν, ὡς θέλεις.

Tesenptollis from the village of Thmoinetei in the Cynopolite nome, and Sambion, son of Dositheus, whose mother is Demarion, from Psychis in the (district) Pasko in the Hermopolite nome.
