Αὐρήλιος τῆς λαμπρᾶς καὶ λαμπροτάτης Ὀξυρυγχειτῶν πόλεως Αὐρηλίᾳ διὰ τοῦ προνοητοῦ Ἀρτεμιδώρου ἀπὸ χωρὶς κυρίου χρηματιζούσῃ κατὰ τὰ Ῥωμαίων ἔθη δικαίῳ τέκνων χαίρειν. ὁμολογῶ πεπρακέναι σοι ἀπὸ τοῦ νῦν εἰς τὸν ἀεὶ χρόνον πρότερον τοῦ Νίλου κληρονόμῳ κατὰ τοὺς νόμους οἰκίας καὶ αὐλῆς καὶ χρηστηρίων μένην κατὰ τὸν ὧν γείτονες· νότου αὐλή, λιβὸς τιμῆς τῆς συμπεφωνημένης πρὸς ἀλλήλους τῆς προκειμένης οἰκίας καὶ αὐλῆς καὶ χρηστηρίων δραχμῶν ἅσπερ αὐτόθι ἀπέσχον παρὰ σοῦ ἐκ πλήρους διὰ χειρὸς καὶ ἐπ ερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα. κρατεῖν οὖν σε καὶ κυριεύειν σὺν ἐκγόνοις καὶ τοῖς παρὰ σοῦ μεταλημψομένοις τῆς πωλουμένης σοι ὑπʼ ἐμοῦ οἰκίας καὶ αὐλῆς καὶ χρηστηρίων πάντων καὶ ἐξουσίαν ἔχειν καὶ χρᾶσθαι καὶ οἰκονομεῖν περὶ αὐτοῦ ὡς ἐὰν αἱρῇ, μηδεμιᾶς ἐμοὶ μηδʼ ἄλλῳ μηδενὶ ὑπὲρ ἐμοῦ ἐφό δου καταλειπομένης ἐπʼ αὐτό μ α προνοητῇ vestigesTranslations (1)
