παρὰ Βασιλείδου Φοιβάμμωνος ἀπὸ Ἑρμουπόλεως τῷ ἀδελφῷ Γεωργίῳ Σιλβανοῦ ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς πόλεως. πεπλήρωμαι παρὰ σοῦ τοῦ φόρου τῶν μακαρίων Κυρίλλας καὶ Μαρίας καρπῶν πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος ὑπὲρ τοῦ ἐμοῦ ἕκτου μέρους τῶν αὐτῶν ἐκφορίων ἔν τε ἐν Ἑρμουπόλει καὶ ἐν κώμῃ ὑπὲρ τῶν αὐτῶν Κυρίλλας καὶ Μαρίας μοναζούσης καὶ οὐδένα λόγον ἔχω πρὸς σὲ ὑπὲρ φόρου τῆς αὐτῆς πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος καὶ πρὸς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν ταύτην σοι πεποίημαι τὴν ἀποχὴν ὡς πρόκειται. ἐγράφη Φαῶφι δ ε ἰνδικτίονος.
