προεστὼ τοῦ ἁγίου μοναστηρίου διὰ ἐμοῦ Φλαυίου Ἀρτεμιδώρου Σιμῶνος διοικητοῦ τοῦ αὐτοῦ μοναστηρίου τοῖς υἱοῖς τοῦ μακαρίου Φοιβάμμωνος. ἐδεξάμην καὶ ἐπληρώθην παρʼ ὑμῶν τὸν φόρον τῶν ὑφʼ ὑμᾶς ἀρουρῶν κλήρου Πια Βηρεῖς κανόνος πέμπτης ἰνδικτίονος ἐκ πλήρους καὶ εἰς σὴν ἀσφάλειαν πεποίημαι ταύτην τὴν πληρωτικὴν ἀποχὴν ὡς πρόκειται.
