μετὰ τὴν ὑπατείαν Φλαυίου Βασιλείου τοῦ ἐνδοξοτάτου ἔτους τρεισκαιδεκάτου Ἐπεὶφ θαυμασιωτάτῳ υἱῷ Σιλβανοῦ καὶ κληρονόμοις τῶν Ἑρμουπολιτῶν παρὰ Βίκτορος τοῦ εὐλαβεστάτου πρεσβυτέρου καὶ ἐκ μητρὸς Μαρίας ὑποδιακόνου ἀμφοτέρων γεωργῶν ὁρμωμένων ἑκουσίως καὶ αὐθαιρέτως μεμισθῶσθαι παρʼ ὑμῶν ἐπὶ διετῆ χρόνον τῆς εἰσιούσης τετάρτης ἰνδικτίονος καὶ αὐτῆς τὴν ὑπάρχουσαν ὑμῖν ρον διακειμένην ἐν περιχώματι Σενᾶσι ἐν τῇ μηχανῇ ὑπὸ τὴν παραφυλακὴν τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Ἰβίωνος Σεσυμβύθεως τοῦ Ἑρμουπολίτου γήδια διὰ τῶν κληρονόμων ἸωάννουἸωαννη Πανουφίου, βορρᾶ γήδια γῆ δημοσία τος τοῦ εὐλαβεστάτου Ἑρμίνου, ἀπηλιώτου ὁδὸς, λιβὸς καρπῶν ὧν ἐὰν αἱρώμεθααἱρωμαι φόρου ταύτης σίτου ἀρταβῶν δύο ὅνπερ φόρον μετρήσω ἐν Ἐπεὶφ μηνὶ κατʼ ἔτος ειος μου
