λις Νεμεσίνου περιβλέπτῳ ὁμολογῶ διὰ τὴν εὐσέβειανεὐσέβιαν τῆς καλλινίκου Ἰούλιον Ἀντωνίου ἀμφοτέρους πρωτοκωμήτας πρωτοκωμήτου φροντίδα ἐπιζητούμενα πρὸς αὐτοὺς καὶ ες συγχωροῦντας ἐφʼ ὃν βούλεταί σου εἰκὰς ἀρχῇ τῆς εὐτυχοῦς ν ἢ μὴ δεόντως ποιήσωνται ἀμέμπτως ἐν δημοσίῳ τόπῳ ἐκτὸς ἁγίων περιβόλων πᾶσι τοῖς πρὸς αὐτοὺς ἐπιζητου μένοις ἐνεχύρου λόγῳ καὶ δικαίῳ ὑποθήκης.
