ἔτους τρίτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Τίτου Αἰλίου Ἁδριανοῦ Ἀντωνίνου Σεβαστοῦ Εὐσεβοῦς Θῶθ μιᾷμειᾷ καὶ εἰκάδι ἐν Θεαδελφείᾳ τῆς Θεμίστου μερίδος τοῦ Ἀρσινοίτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογοῦσιν Διονύσιος Σωτηρίχου ὡς ἐτῶν ἑξήκοντα οὐλὴ δακτύλωι μικρῶι χειρὸς ἀριστερᾶς καὶ οἱ τούτου υἱοὶ Σωτήριχος ὡς ἐτῶν τριάκοντα οὐλὴ ἀντικνη μίωι ἀριστερῶι καὶ Διόσκορος ὡς ἐτῶν εἴκοσι πέντε οὐλὴ ὀφρύιὀφρύει ἀριστερᾶι, οἱ τρεῖς Πέρσαι τῆς ἐπιγονῆς, ἀλλήλων ἔγγυοι εἰς ἔκτισιν Ἀφρο δισίωι Φιλίππου ἈντινοεῖἈντινωεῖ ὡς ἐτῶν τριάκοντα ἓξ οὐλὴ χείλειχίλει τῷ κάτω ἐκ δεξιῶν
