Πανεφρεμμις Ὥρου τοῦ Στοτοήτεως τῶν ἀπὸ κώμης Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου τῆς Ἡρακλείδου μερίδος τοῦ Ἀρσινοείτου νομοῦ. ὁμολογῶ πεπρακέναι Σαταβοῦτι Πανεφρέμμεως ἀπὸ τῆς αὐτῆς Σοκνοπαίου Νήσου κώμης κάμηλον θήλειαν θήλειαν τελείαντελίαν κεχαραγμένην ἐπὶ τῷ δεξιῷ μηρῷ Η, καὶ ἀπέχω τὴν συμπεφωνημένην τιμὴν ἀργυρίου δραχμὰς ἑξακοσίας, γίνονται δραχμαὶ χ. ἔτους ε Ἀντωνίνου Καίσαρος τοῦ κυρίου, ΜεχεὶρΜεσορὴ γ.

Ich, Panephremmis, Sohn des Hôros, des Sohnes des Stotoêtis, einer der (Leute) aus dem Dorf Soknopaiû Nêsos im Hêrakleidês-Bezirk *** des Arsinoïtischen Gaues bestätige, daß ich verkauft habe an Sata[b]ûs, Sohn des [P]aneph[r]emmis aus demselben Dorf [So]knopaiû Nêsos ein Kamel – weiblich , ausgewachsen, markiert auf rechten Schenkel [.]H –, und ich habe erhalten den vereinbarten Kaufpreis in Höhe von sechshundert Silberdrachmen , das sind 600 Drachmen. Im 5. Jahr des A[nt]oninus Caesar, des Herren, am 3. Me[cheir].

I acknowledge that I have sold to Sata[b]ous, son of [P]aneph[r]emmis, from the same village of Soknopaiou Nesos, a fully grown female camel branded on the right haunch with [.]Η and I have received the price agreed upon of six hundred silver drachmas , = 600 drachmas.
