μοι μημωνηλιμης ἀκολούθως τῇ ὑποτεταγμένῃ γνώσει φερούσῃφερούσᾳ τὸ καθʼ ἕκαστον καὶ ἐπὶ τούτοις πᾶσιν ἐπωμοσάμην τὸν θεῖον καὶ σεβάσμιον ὅρκον τούτοιςτούτης ἐμμενεῖν ταῦτα διαφυλάττειν καὶ ἐν οὐδενὶ παραβῆναι τρόπῳ, καὶ πρὸς τῷ ὅρκῳ ὑπεθέμηνἑπεθεμεν εἰς τὸ δίκαιον πάντα μου τὰ ὑπάρχοντα καὶ ὑάρξοντα ἰδικῶς καὶ γενικῶς ἐνεχύρου λόγῳ καὶ ὑποθήκης δικαίῳ. κυρία ἡ ὁμολογία ἁπλῆ γραφεῖσα καὶ ἐπερωτηθεὶς ὡμολόγησα.
