πρὸς ὑπόμνησιν ἐμοῦγμου Μαξιμίνου πρὸς τὸν πατέρα Σαραπάμωνα παρενεγκεῖν τὰ σίππια, λίτρας πεντήκοντα , παρενεγκεῖν τὰς δύο δάφνας καὶ τὰ δύο Ἀρμένια, παρενεγκεῖν σπέρματα κιναρῶνκειναρῶν, παρενεγκεῖν δέκα ῥιπίδια παρενεγκεῖν ὀστᾶ ΠερσικῶνΠερσεικῶν καλῶν χειμερινῶν καὶ δωρακίνωνδωρακείνων, παρενεγκεῖν ταπήτια διπρόσωπα δύο τῆς πρώτης φούρμας, παρενεγκεῖν λίτραν ριανκτου, παρενεγκεῖν μοι φυτὰ γλυκυμήλων, παρενεγκεῖν ἄλατος ἀρτάβας τέσσαρες , παρενεγκεῖν μίλτου ορβια τριάκ οντα ἀληθινῆςἀληθεινῆς μίλτου παρενεγκεῖν κόλληςκώλλας λίτρας δύο , παρενεγκεῖν νίτρουνείτρου ἀρτάβην μίαν , παρενεγκεῖν ἀρτάβην ἐρεβινθίων, παρενεγκεῖν δάφνην ξηρὰν ἄ λλην, παρενεγκεῖν δύο ἐχθέτας, παρενεγκεῖν ὀνύχινονὀνύχινων καὶ γάλα· μνᾶς τριάκοντα παρενεγκεῖν δύο κόσκινα κοσ κινεῦσαικοσκινεῦσε ρτα τὰ σπέρματα παρενεγκεῖν καλάμους μεγάλους τριάκοντα . τὸ ἴσον τοῦ ἐνταγίου παρὰ Σαραπάμωνος.
