Anous, (son) of Petesuchus, Puo, with the lord of the same tribe Melanas, (son) of Petheus, greetings to Diodorus (son) of Petheus. I have received from you the specified sixty-eight drachmas of silver according to the testament of my father, making sixty-eight, and I make no complaint against you concerning any matter whatsoever. I have written on behalf of her who is unaware of these letters. In the twenty-second year of Caesar Antoninus the lord, in the month of Mecheir, on the twentieth day.
