I, Satabus, son of Teos, Persian of Soknopaiou Nesos of the Persian race, acknowledge having received a loan from Mesouris' house of 72 drachmas of silver of standard currency, with interest of one and a half obols per drachma per month. I will repay this amount in the month of Mechir of the coming seventh and thirtieth year of Caesar, and I will do it as previously agreed. Panephrys Stothetis wrote on his behalf because he himself is illiterate. Year 36 of Caesar, on the twenty-fourth of the month of Mesore, Demotic. Loan of 62 drachmas of silver and sale of a donkey from Maris Mesouris.
