Πετεσοῦχος Πτολεμαίου Ἀφροδισίῳ ως χαίρειν. ἀπέχωἀπέχωι παρὰ σοῦ ἃς ὤφειλέςὤφιλές μοι ἐπʼ ἐνοικήσειἐνυκήσι κατὰ δημόσιον χρηματισμὸν ἀργυ ρίου δραχμὰς ἑξακοσίας καὶ ὁπότεὁπόδε ἐὰν αἱρῇ ἐκδώσωἐκδώσωι σοισου ἑξαμάρτυρονἐξ ἀμφοδάρχωνἀμφοταρχον ἀποχήν. ἡ χεὶρχὶρ ἥ δε κυρία ἔστωἔστωι πανταχῆι ἐπιφερομένηἐπιφερωμένη ὡς ἐν δημο σίωιδημωσίωι κατακεχωρισμένηκατακεχωρισμενηι ἔτους ἐνάτου Αὐτοκράτορος Καίσαρος Δομιτιανοῦ Σεβαστοῦ Γερμανικοῦ μηνὸς Γερμανικοῦ κθ.Translations (1)
Petesuchus, son of Ptolemy, to Aphrodisius, greetings. I owe you from those which you owed me concerning the dwelling by public declaration six hundred drachmas of silver. Whenever you choose I will provide your receipt from the authorities. This hand here shall be valid wherever presented as it is in the public record, in the ninth year of Emperor Caesar Domitian Augustus Germanicus, month of Germanicus 29.
